You don't need to feel perfect for your maternity photoshoot, nor do you need to know how to pose in front of the camera. I'll be there to guide you and show you what you can do – completely relaxed and with plenty of time to settle in.
We'll take pictures that you'll recognize yourself in. Pictures that you can later show your child: "That's when you were still in my tummy."

My small studio in Hanover-Herrenhausen has high ceilings, stucco, light colors, and a comfortable bed. Here you can be barefoot, snuggle up, and simply breathe deeply.
We can capture your pregnancy in a natural way or add a touch of fashion and personality. Whether in a dress, jeans, underwear, or your favorite shirt, we'll find out together what suits you best.
Would you prefer to be photographed outdoors? That's also possible around Hanover. We can discuss a combination of studio and outdoor photography on a case-by-case basis.
Alone, as a couple, or with your family.
This photoshoot is all yours. You don't need a partner by your side to capture this special time.
If you'd like photos together, your partner and children are just as welcome. We'll discuss beforehand which shots are most important to you.

Every image you receive from me is personally edited with meticulous attention to detail. In addition to my signature color palette, this includes gentle skin retouching and subtle corrections, all done by hand. One thing is especially important to me: you should always remain true to yourself. Beautiful, timeless images where every detail is perfect. Because for me, image editing is also a craft.
Professional hair & make-up
If you'd like to have your hair and makeup professionally styled before your shoot, you can add this service for €150. Whether you prefer a natural look or something more dramatic, we'll tailor the styling to your wishes and the planned photos. Of course, you're also welcome to style yourself.
Please note that hair and make-up are already included in the Signature Package!
This is how your photoshoot will proceed
1. You contact me. Write to me with your estimated due date and, if you like, what kind of pictures you'd like. You don't need to have a specific idea yet. The ideal time for a maternity photoshoot is usually between the 28th and 34th week of pregnancy.
2. We plan together. We discuss the date, the location, suitable outfits, and who should be there. We also plan hair and make-up or special fine art motifs in advance.
3. Your photoshoot: You'll have time to settle in. I'll guide you through the shoot, show you poses, and pay attention to the small details. Breaks are of course possible at any time.
4. Your Photos: After the shoot, I carefully edit your photos in my signature style. If you choose the package with a memory album, I will also design your book. All books are individually designed with a high-quality, timeless, light beige linen-look fabric cover.

When should I get in touch?
Please let us know your estimated due date as early as possible. This will allow us to reserve a suitable time slot and discuss your wishes in detail.
I'm insecure in front of the camera. Is that a problem?
Not at all. You don't need to know how to pose or have any experience with photoshoots. I'll show you what to do with your hands, how to stand or sit, and what looks good in pictures.
What should I wear?
We'll discuss that together. You can bring your own clothes and also use my existing client outfits. The important thing is that you feel comfortable and that the outfits match the kind of photos you want.
Do I have to show my stomach?
No. You decide how much you want to show. Beautiful maternity portraits can be taken even when fully clothed.
Can my partner or family come along?
Yes. Tell me beforehand who should be there and what kind of photos you'd like together. That way we can plan the session accordingly.
Is hair and make-up mandatory?
No. You can style yourself or book professional hair & make-up for €150.
Are images with floating fabrics included in the package?
The elaborate fabric displays are an exclusive part of my signature package.
Do I have to consent to the publication of my pictures?
No. Whether I may show images from your shoot is something we'll discuss separately. Your decision has no bearing on the care I take in photographing and editing your images.
